We got late winter snow last week.... previous to the storm we could see more grass in the yard than snow. Ethan was pretty excited about it, but Kellen, not too sure. Doug piled up some snow in the front yard to make a hill and Ethan did some sliding down it. Then Ethan and Doug made snow angels...I was happy to get that on camera! Next we buried Doug in the snow and the kids climbed all over him....finally Kellen had some fun. The weather forecast says a possibilty of the same thing next week. I hope not! I have had enough!
This is the first picture of them together with Kellen smiling! And Ethan has his arm around Kellen without the usual head lock! (Or hug as he calls it!).
Just out of curiosity I asked Ethan what he wants to be when he grows up. I think it will be a fun thing to keep track of his ideas as he grows over the years. Things will change, I am sure, but maybe one of them will stick! Well, I didn't expect the answer I got! That's one of the great things about kids, I think. He said a "floor scrubber"! So I said, oh really? Not something like a policeman, fireman, doctor...but no, a floor scrubber! Here he is in action, I actually took these pictures a couple months ago.....I had no idea! Apparently his brother's going to be a dish washer!
