Camping fun!

Our campsite.

Throwing rocks in the Mississippi River.

Kellen and Daddy sitting at the river.

Sitting around the campground

Last weekend we stayed at Two Rivers Campground by Royalton. It's a beautiful campground between Little Falls and St Cloud. The campground is on a long strip of land between the Mississippi & Platte Rivers, lots of nice green grass and huge oak trees. It was beautiful! We had good weather and a great time!

Jaci & Mike met us for the weekend!

Backyard Summertime Fun!

We enjoyed Sunday afternoon in the backyard with our new pool! Kellen wasn't too sure of things at first and wanted to climb out all the time....I think it was a little cold for him. But then I realized it wasn't just that, it was fun to climb in and out, back and forth....over and over! He could get out okay, but needed a little help getting in. Ethan is learning how to swing by himself and how to "pump", he is making progress and quite proud of himself! With great concentration Kellen sits on the swing by himself and really enjoys it. It was a beautiful day, fun to spend it outside!

Happy 4th of July!

Ethan was in the 4th of July Parade in International Falls. He rode in the back of Uncle Tom's Rhino with Tom and Doug. He had a great time, he got to throw some candy and wave at everybody. Kellen was going to go too, but changed his mind at the last minute. We spent some time at Grandma and Grandpa's for the 4th and for my 20th class reunion.....even though I couldn't possibly be that old! :)

More 4th of July!

Watching the parade with cousin Joel.

Time for some pizza!

We had a little picnic in the grass!

Fun on the barrel ride!

Paul Bunyan Fun

This is the Paul Bunyan Statue in Akeley, MN (near Walker where Doug grew up). Doug tells me Paul is bigger than the Paul in Bemidji (pictures to come soon!)....IF he were to stand up! Personally, I think it's kinda creepy, especially the beard, I should have taken a close up of that (next time!). Anyway....we were at Paul Bunyan Days a couple weekends ago and the kids did enjoy themselves! FYI....they are sitting in his hand.
